Online checkout is currently unavailable. We review your request and confirm the final price, license scope, delivery timeline and support terms before you agree to purchase.
Request first, with no purchase commitment
Choose a product and leave your phone number. We will contact you to discuss requirements and compatibility. A request is not a purchase, reservation or commitment to pay. For Daartoken, we first review your organization’s needs and arrange a demo.
Pricing and scope
“From” prices are starting prices. The final quote specifies the compatible version, users or permitted usage, and any installation or customization fees. Products without a listed price are quoted after review. IRR and USD amounts are independent prices, not live currency conversions.
Licensing and delivery
Products marked as a one-time purchase are not recurring subscriptions. The final proposal defines the license scope, update entitlement and support period. File delivery, installation or setup arrangements and timing are agreed before payment. Submitting a request does not grant download access.
Support and bug reports
For purchased products, submit service requests or bug reports through Product support in your account. Include the product, version, steps to reproduce and a screenshot. Do not share passwords, tokens or confidential data. Use our contact page for questions before purchasing.
What support covers
We investigate reproducible issues in the agreed version and environment. New features, training, installation, migration and integrations require a separate agreement. Support duration and response expectations are confirmed before purchase; base pricing does not imply round-the-clock support or lifetime updates.
Cancellation or a delivery issue
You may withdraw your request before an agreement is finalized. If delivery differs from the agreed specifications, contact support so we can review a correction or refund. Cancellation and refund terms are included in the final proposal before payment. These terms do not restrict mandatory customer rights.
